Ashwin Bhandarkar

Ashwin works to enable business transformation.

Ashwin has 28 years of experience in the IT Industry, mainly with Tata Consultancy Services and Cognizant. He has played various leadership roles in Delivery, Client Relationship Management, and Sales in India and the United States. He has also driven Organizational Change by spearheading key transformation initiatives.

Ashwin is a Coach with Certifications from Certified Coaching Alliance (Canada). A blogger and a trained Hindustani musician, Ashwin loves drawing parallels between the world of music and the domain of leadership.

Ashwin holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani.

RACHANA NEGI

Rachana's passion for making workplaces more energetic and delightful to work in drives all her endeavours.

Rachana is a certified Counsellor and Therapist from CYDA and TISS (Tata Institute of Social Sciences). She is an expert in Ontology, the study of “Beingness”, and has spent good part of two decades exploring, researching and mastering the tools and techniques, with an implicit keenness to share and impact the others through these. She is Landmark Forum Curriculum Graduate, Communications Courses Graduate, and Introduction Leadership Program (ILP) Graduate.

A major in Psychology and Mass Media, Rachana brings in a unique blend of both these worlds. Biased towards innovative approaches, she works with an inside out approach, she is always in the quest of taking the communication from the confines of being about a language, to an instrument of fulfilment and creation.

She has trained and coached students in Iran and Mumbai in language and communication, for organisations and in freelance capacity.

KSHITIJ NEGI

Kshitij is the Founder of KoeN MetaConsulting. As Core-Catalyst at the firm, he helps clients fulfil their Organizational Transformation and Leadership Development agenda through Consulting, Coaching and Facilitating.

A thought-leader with several IPs and original designs to his credit, Kshitij has an experience spanning over 25 years. He has personally touched C-Suite Executives and over 2000 Senior/Mid-Senior Level Executives from global and Indian organizations, including those from Fortune 500, such as John Deere, Cognizant, Mindtree, SKF, Comcast, KPIT, Quintiles and Vimeo, among others.

Kshitij leverages his expertise in human and organizational design to create experiences, inquiries and embodied shifts. He has contributed to the areas of Mindset & Culture Transformation, Leadership Development, People Acumen and Change Management for these organisations.

An MBA from Sydenham Institute of Management, Mumbai, Class of 1995, Kshitij holds Harvard Business Publishing’s certificate for Harvard’s Case Study Methodology. He has completed Leadership Curriculum Graduation (ILP+SELP+Communication) from Landmark Education.

SUDHIR RAO

Sudhir works to enable business transformation.

Sudhir comes with over 27 years of experience in the IT Industry. A significant portion of this was with Cognizant from its journey as a 270+ organisation to 270,000+ organisation, including through its fastest growth phases as a Fortune 500 Company.

He has worked across 3 Continents in the US, UK, France, Netherlands, Singapore, Hong Kong and India. His various roles have include being Heading BU Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Global Delivery BU Leadership, Consulting and Acquisition Integration, among others.

Sudhir is a Coach with Certifications from Certified Coaching Alliance (Canada) and Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centred Leadership Coaching Methodologies.

A Masters in Physics from Osmania University, Sudhir is now engaged in making Individuals and Organisations attain quantum growth.

Vijaya Devi

OD CATALYST

Vijaya is working at the intersection of techno-managerial processes and people processes, in the areas of Organization Effectiveness and Development.

She is at heart a change agent, facilitator and a curious learner of human processes. She is passionate about helping and facilitating people in organizational setups to achieve their potential, both for their own growth as well as for the organization.

She has over 22+ years of experience and provides consulting and training to clients in the areas of operational excellence, team and individual development, leadership development, setting up self-organized teams and software project management. Her expertise comes from working with large MNCs as well as small companies, in helping them set up and manage large teams, manage service deliveries and clients, processes and structures and carrying out interventions in improving service and product delivery, business development, quality and team performance.

She has an Executive PG Diploma in Organization Development (OD) and Change from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS, Mumbai). She is an engineering graduate in Computer Science from the College of Engineering, Guindy, Chennai. She is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) by PMI Inc., a trained group facilitator, an avid blogger and a speaker at public forums like PMI and IODA.
